​The Home First approach in Moray is being driven forward at pace by a delivery group chaired by Sean Coady, Head of Service, and supported by Susan Pellegrom, Project Manager. Lead officers have been identified under each of the Home First workstreams and are pulling together colleagues and partners to establish and take forward improvement projects.
