Best Care, Best Health, Best Value

Working with communities and partners to enable people across Moray to lead independent, fulfilling and healthier lives.

Welcome to
Moray Health & Social Care Partnership

We’re now Moray Health & Social Care Partnership

You may start to notice a small change in how we present ourselves.

Health & Social Care Moray (HSCM) is now using the name Moray Health & Social Care Partnership (MHSCP) across our communications and materials.

This updated identity helps make it clearer who we are and the services and support we are responsible for delivering across Moray. It also aligns us with health and social care partnerships across Scotland.

While our name and branding are being refreshed, there is no change to services or support for residents.

Over the coming weeks, our updated logo and branding will gradually appear across our communications channels, reports, letters, and published materials.

Best care, best health, best value

Moray Health & Social Care Partnership is the integrated partnership committed to working with communities and partners to enable people across Moray to lead independent, fulfilling and healthier lives.

It brings together the NHS and Council, along with organisations within the Third and Independent Sectors, to provide a wide range of social work, social care, community health and primary care services. In Moray, the Partnership includes:

  • Adult services, including older people
  • Children and Families Services
  • Justice Services

Integrating health and social care services into a single, more joined-up system creates opportunities to improve care and support for people in Moray who receive services, their carers and their families.

Our health and social care services are centred on maintaining or improving the quality of life of the people we support. We focus our staff expertise and resources on helping people to look after and improve their own health and wellbeing so they live in good health for longer. We support people to live independently and at home or in the community.

The work of Moray Health & Social Care Partnership is governed by Moray Integration Joint Board – a public body formed in 2014 through Scottish Government legislation. The Board has responsibility for the governance, planning and resourcing of the services which have been delegated to it by Moray Council and NHS Grampian.
