Developing our new Strategic Plan
The Moray Integration Joint Board (IJB) is required to have a Strategic Plan for health and social care services, and to direct the Council and Health Board to deliver those services in line with the plan.
The IJB’s first Strategic Plan covers the period 2016-2019. Legislation prescribes that the plan be reviewed every three years.
Development of the new plan for 2019 onwards was been driven forward by the Strategic Planning and Commissioning Group which is chaired by Pam Gowans, Chief Officer. The group oversaw widespread engagement with stakeholders including a series of workshops involving the Strategic Planning Reference Group between May and December 2018.
