Involving People - become a Member

Picture
Health & Social Care Moray is committed to ensuring the people of Moray are at the heart of services so they get the right care and support whatever their needs, at the right time and in the right setting at any point in their care journey.
To do this the Partnership engages with the people who are supported by its services, their unpaid carers, those who deliver the service and those who may have an interest, in order to inform how they can be improved.
Listening to people's lived experiences and actively involving them throughout the process of planning care delivery and checking how  services are working, is important to us.
We are committed to improving the ways individual people and communities of people are involved in decision-making that affects them.
Good engagement will mean that services are developed which reflect the needs, aspirations and priorities of local communities. These services will then be more effective, provide a more positive experience, be safer and offer best value-for-money.
There is no doubt that greater participation brings better outcomes for communities all round.
