Integration Scheme A revised Integration Scheme, prepared on behalf of Moray Council and NHS Grampian, has been approved by the Scottish Government. The main driver behind the changes to the Scheme is the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016 and the mandatory requirement placed upon the local authority and Grampian Health Board to delegate certain of their functions from this Act to the Integration Joint Board. |

Financial regulations
The main objective of these financial regulations is to detail the financial responsibilities and policies and procedures that govern the Integration Joint Board. Representatives and committees of Moray Integration Joint Board must comply with these financial regulations in dealing with the financial affairs of Moray Integration Joint Board. |

Code of conduct
At its meeting on 30 June 2016, the Moray Integration Joint Board agreed to adopt a Code of Conduct for all members. This has been approved by the Scottish Government. |

The Standing Orders regulate the conduct and proceedings of the Moray Integration Joint Board. The scheme of administration was agreed at the meeting of the Board on 28 June 2018 and updated at the meeting of the Board on 29 November 2018. |
