Membership of the Moray Integration Joint Board
There are six voting members on the Moray Integration Joint Board. Three are elected members appointed by Moray Council and three are non-executive members of the Grampian NHS Board.
DENNIS ROBERTSON, CHAIR
Non-executive, Board of NHS Grampian

Dennis has worked in the Public and Third Sectors, championing equalities, and continues to challenge inequalities as a member of the Moray Integration Joint Board, a Non Executive Board member of NHS Grampian and a Councillor for Aberdeenshire Council.
He began his career in social work in Greenock, working for Strathclyde Regional Council which is where he met his wife, Ann. Dennis was the Client Services Manager for North East Sensory Services (NESS) delivering social work and rehabilitation services for people with living with sensory loss.
He was the first blind person to be elected to the Scottish Parliament in 2011. Dennis was on several Committees and Cross-Party Groups including Vice Convenor of the Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee, a member of Equalities committee & Health & Sport committee.
Dennis is often accompanied by his guide dog Murphy.

SHONA MORRISON, VICE-CHAIR
Elected member, Moray Council

Councillor Morrison is convener of Moray Council, the civic head of the local authority, and is the Equalities Champion.
She was elected to the council in 2017 and represents the Fochabers Lhanbryde ward. As well as chairing meetings of the full Council she is depute chair of the Children’s and Young People’s Services Committee.
Councillor Morrison is a member of the CoSLA (Convention of Scottish Local Authorities) Health and Social Care Board.
She previously worked in mental health services in the NHS.
